Your upfront commitment is what lets us source the highest quality organic ingredients and plan our bakes with confidence. Klarna is available at checkout if you’d like to split it up.
3 · We Bake & Deliver
Every Tuesday your box is baked fresh and delivered to your door. Delivery is always free with your share. The CSB is currently only available in Eau Claire.
4 · Repeat
Each week is different, with new flavors, seasonal ingredients, one-offs and test bakes. Every once in a while, we'll throw in a bonus, like a jar of jam, a bag of granola, or a jar of herb salt.

Small box
3 bakes a week, best for 1–3 people.
Large box
The same 3 bakes, twice as much of each: 8 bagels instead of 4, a second loaf, more treats. Best for 4–6 people.

What a week looks like
An Artisan Loaf
A freshly-milled, long-fermented sourdough or a specialty bread, whatever we’re most excited about that week.
Bagels or Similar
A pack of hand-rolled bagels, sourdough English muffins, soft pretzels, or whatever fits the week. Freshly milled, baked the morning of delivery.
A Sweet Treat
Cookies, blondies, a pastry, something handcrafted and seasonal. Plus occasional bonus items, like granola, sourdough crackers, or jam.

Before you commit
-A share is a real commitment, so here's the fine print in plain words. Please take a minute to read through before you sign up.
-We now use sliding scale pricing. Feel free to select whichever pricing tier feels right for you and your family cycle to cycle, no questions asked.
-Shares are non-refundable. Your upfront payment is what lets us source the best ingredients and plan our bakes with as little waste as possible. All sales are final.
-Missed weeks can't be paused or credited. Going out of town? Gift your box to a friend, or we'll donate it to a local family or food pantry in your honor. Please see your account page to gift or donate your box by Sunday 3pm of your off week.
-Everything is baked in a home kitchen that regularly uses wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and sesame, so we can't guarantee against cross-contact.
-Delivery is Eau Claire only, for now. You'll also confirm all of this with a checkbox at sign-up.

What is the CSB?+
CSB stands for Community Supported Bakery, which operates like a CSA. You sign up for 6 or 12 weeks at a time, and each week a share of freshly milled organic baked goods comes to your door. NOTE: Signing up for a 12 week share operates, logistically, as 2x 6 week cycles back-to-back.
Who is the CSB for?+
The CSB is for people who like being surprised. You leave the menu to me, and each week I pack your bag with whatever's best and in season.
How does it work/ how do I sign up?+
Keep an eye out for an open cycle (or sign up for the email list to be alerted when a cycle is opening), choose your share, and sign up online. Once you're in, there's nothing else to do. Your box comes every week for the whole run.
How long does a cycle run?+
Our cycles are 6 weeks each. You do have the option to sign up for 12 week cycles, which operate, logistically, as two 6 week cycle back-to-back and gives you the best available price per week.
Where does the CSB deliver?+
Currently, the CSB is only available for addresses with zip codes in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
When is the CSB delivered?+
Your share arrives every Tuesday evening, as soon as it's cooled down enough to package up. We usually deliver around 4:30-5:00pm, unless we communicate otherwise day-of.
Can you work around allergies or dietary restrictions?+
Our kitchen routinely handles all major allergens, including wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, etc). We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a severe, life-threatening food allergy, we strongly advise against purchasing a share.
What if I'm not home during your delivery window?+
Just let us know week-of if you need a later delivery. You can also leave a delivery note when you sign up if there's a certain place you'd like it left. Otherwise I'll set it somewhere safe by your door. That being said, baked goods do not fare well in the elements, so bringing your bag in ASAP after delivery is best.
How and when do I pay?+
You pay for the entire 6 or 12 week cycle up front. Once you're in, there's nothing more to do until the next cycle. We process payments using Stripe, which also means that Klarna is available at checkout, if you'd like to split your payments up that way.
Can I skip a week or pause? +
Yes, pause any week from your account. Since a share covers the whole season, paused weeks aren't credited, but we do donate the retail value of that week's box to our local food pantry. You may also choose to gift a week's share to a friend in town instead.
What if I want to cancel?+
You're committed for the cycle you signed up for, but you're never locked in beyond it. When the run ends, it's completely up to you whether to sign up again.
Can I tell you what I thought of my share?+
Yes, and I hope you will. Your account lets you rate each week's box and leave a note. That feedback shapes what I bake next.
